Vijay Shanthi Builders Limited was started in 1977 as a partnership firm in the name of Shri Shanthi Constructions by Late Mr. V. C. Jain. In its aspiration of creating a “home for all”, Vijay Shanthi went public in January 1992 with an IPO of Rs. 65.5 million and is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Madras Stock Exchange (MSE).
