Village Biltong was started as a furlough project in 2021. I took my passion for cooking and creating things and turned it to the production of dried meats.
Over the last year I have experimented and refined my unique chilli spice blend, alongside traditional South African recipes into what I think is the perfect iteration of Biltong. I only use the best locally sourced Derbyshire beef and the entire process is overseen by myself, from farm to table the ultimate power, protein snack.

We've developed a core range of products which consists of Original, Garlic and Chilli Biltong and Chilli Snapsticks. Recently we've started offering specials such as the "Ultimate" range which was a super spicy version of our core Chilli products. Our specials help to keep things fresh whilst our core range keeps our loyal customers coming back!
We've started participating in food fayres and various events with our very own pop up stall, so far the reception has been great and we've sold out every time!
