Vinea is a women’s only professional organization located in Knoxville, Tennessee designed to connect, educate, and empower women. Through our traditional mentoring program, we provide personalized mentor and mentee matching based on a personality profile. We consider various factors including industry, values, and skillsets to match participants with the cohort best suited to helping them achieve their individual goals. Our one on one matches allow participants to develop deep trusting relationships with a single individual which we have found to be one of the most rewarding mentorship structures available. However, at Vinea, we also believe in a dynamic approach to mentoring beyond the traditional one to one match which is why we offer various group and peer-based mentoring options as well.
