Vink Chemicals US LLC is a subsidiary of Vink Chemicals GmbH & Co. KG, a family-owned, mid-sized company headquartered in Lower Saxony, Germany.
Our diverse and multicultural team in the U.S. is responsible for operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, contributing to a global workforce of over 130 employees.
In the U.S. and Canada, we specialize in chemical solutions for the oil & gas industry, manufacturing products in our state-of-the-art facilities worldwide and sourcing specialty chemicals.
In Mexico, our focus extends beyond oil & gas to include technical preservation solutions for industries such as metalworking fluids, lubricants, construction, paints, and more.
Our Legacy
Vink Chemicals traces its origins back to 1980, when Vink + Co. was established as a trading company specializing in chemical sourcing and distribution. In 2008, our team of experts began formulating custom chemical additives, initially through toll manufacturing and later through in-house production to meet specific customer needs.
With a commitment to innovation, Vink Chemicals GmbH & Co. KG was officially founded in 2011, launching its own production facility in Lower Saxony the following year. Over time, we expanded our capabilities, developing proprietary formulations and serving niche market demands.
In 2019, we nearly doubled our production capacity with the acquisition of an additional manufacturing site in Memmingen, Bavaria, further strengthening our ability to deliver high-quality, tailored chemical solutions to customers worldwide.
