Ryan Gaudette opened his first Great Canadian Oil Change franchise in Winnipeg 20 years ago, joined by his brother Cory and father Joe, expanding to six locations.
In October 2020, they sold to Valvoline and launched VIP Lube, prioritizing a VIP treatment culture for customers, team members, franchise partners, and suppliers.
