Virga Capital

Virga Capital is both a developer and investor in commercial real estate from the Northeast to the Intermountain West. Over the last five years, Virga has amassed and entitled a large development pipeline in Bozeman, MT consisting of approximately 1,000 multifamily units, 500 single family homes, and 350 hotel keys. Virga's primary focus and mandate for the next 18-24 months is acquisitions in the multifamily and hotel sectors across the Intermountain West. We plan to open a Denver office by Q1 of 2025 to serve as the company's main hub for operations.
