VANOMA is the Virginia Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA). Our mission, rooted in a rich legacy of activism, is to empower our local chapter and membership to foster justice and equity in communities of color through outreach, community advocacy, professional development, and design excellence.
Our Chapter is incredibly proud to be recognized by NOMA as the 2021 Chapter of the Year for Large Chapters and as a 2021 Five-Star Chapter, its highest ranking for healthy chapters. Huge thank you to the board, our membership, and our partners for making this phenomenal achievement possible.
