With the clear Vision and Mission and thanks to our customer's strong support and our team's continuous hard-work, we have developed the tooling group with three divisions: Cold-Forming Tool, Hot-Forming Tool, Gauge & Fixture.
Our product category consists of hot-forming tool, checking fixture & welding jig and cold-forming tool including transfer, tandem and progressive dies. Those products are widely applied in automotive parts of BIW, chassis, seat, battery enclosure and roof systems.
Our proven experience on special materials includes Dual Phase, Multi Phase, Complex Phase, Gen3, TRIP, AL6000, AL7000.
As a pioneer in the Chinese tooling industry, Vision Tooling Group has accumulated more than 20 years of tooling experience. Each stage is strictly controlled and managed starting from upfront engineering support during the quotation stage, feasibility study and simulation, to manufacturing and assembly, till homeline commission. With an aim to provide customers with no-defect products and on-time delivery, Vision continues to improve product quality & service, and strive to be perfect among competition. After many years of continuous and stable growth, Vision Tooling Group currently has 1120 associates, including many bilingual professionals in the departments of sales & project, management and engineering, and overseas teams in North America and Europe for local support.
