Vital Signs Technologies (VST) has more than 75 years of combined experience in patient monitoring. The three founders of our company have been a part of many changes and advancements in our industry beginning with the introduction of noninvasive pulse oximetry. They built their businesses by treating customers as friends, offering products that were the best value for their money and support that minimized downtime.
In recent years, there has been a widening gap between quality and price. Policies that support customers have been abandoned in favor of shareholder profits. Meeting customer expectations had become difficult not only in price, but in reliability and after the sale support. We evaluated products from many different manufacturers, and found them all lacking in at least one of our criteria.
