La empresa se constituyó legalmente ante la cámara de comercio de Cali el 02 de febrero de 2017 y el predio donde concentra sus operaciones se adquirió el 06 de marzo de 2017, el cual esta ubicado en el valle geográfico del rio Cauca, un valle interandino elevado a mil metros de altura sobre el nivel del mar, reconocido por la fertilidad de sus tierras y por su oferta climática optima para siembra de una amplia variedad de cultivos. El predio de 136.300 m2pertenece al municipio de Trujillo, corregimiento de Huassano , esta sobre la carretera Panorama en el km 47 via media canoa- La Union.
La primera entrega de material vegetal correspondió al contrato de la Empresa Manimer por 14.668 plantas de uva ‘Red Globe’ para la siembra de un proyecto de 7.7 hectáreas en el municipio Toro, de San Francisco en el norte del Valle del Cauca.
