VVM – IPSO s.r.o. is a Czech engineering company specializing in comprehensive sheet metal and steel structure manufacturing. With over 25 years of experience, we offer a wide range of services – from raw material cutting to final assembly – all carried out in our own production facilities in Fulnek and Jerlochovice.
Our services:
Material cutting: CNC laser cutting up to 6225 × 2500 mm and 30 mm thickness (BYSTRONIC, TRUMPF)
Material forming: CNC bending and forming on modern press brakes
Welding: Manual MIG, MAG, and TIG welding, as well as robotic welding for series production
Machining: CNC machining including WHN 110 Q and WH(Q) 105 CNC horizontal boring machines, STYLE BT 2000 milling machine, and SL 2000 BSY lathe
Surface treatment: Blasting, hot-dip and electro-galvanizing, powder and wet coating with zinc phosphate pretreatment
Assembly: Assembly services from small units to large structural assemblies
