Nous sommes spécialistes de l'élaboration de plats cuisinés familiaux à partager et de la transformation de la pomme de terre. Nos savoir-faire sont nombreux : découpe de légumes frais, frittage, panure et cuisson au four traditionnel. Cela donne de bons parmentiers, ou de délicieuses Pommes Dauphine ...
