West London is full of spas. Of gyms. Of just about any service geared at making you look better and feel physically better. But what of our psychological & emotional health? Increasingly, people are starting to recognise that these are paramount to our overall wellbeing. Welcome to W11 Wellbeing, a space dedicated to nurturing these often overlooked aspects of self. In addition to individual coaching & psychotherapy, we offer a number of group workshops throughout the year. We are always looking to expand our events with themes relevant to our clients and our community. To that end, we encourage local practitioners to host events in our workshop space and invite suggestions regarding future topics we may want to address.
