World Wide Women In CyberSecurity(W3-CS) is a global platform for women in cybersecurity that fosters networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. With a dedication to diversity and inclusion, W3-CS embraces individuals from diverse genders, ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive community. As per the KnowBe4 survey, Women held 25 percent of cybersecurity jobs globally in 2022, up from 20 percent in 2019. So, through this initiative, we also want to increase global women's representation in Cybersecurity with a special focus on promoting cybersecurity in tier 2 and tier 3 cities and rural areas.
