Waconia Independent School District 110 represents a rapidly growing district on the western fringe of the Twin Cities. The district covers a geographical area of 96 square miles, and serves nearly 12,000 households in the communities of Waconia, New Germany, St. Bonifacius and Victoria. Our mission is to prepare each student for life, work, and service in the 21st Century by engaging them in broad and challenging learning experiences characterized by equity, opportunity and high expectations. More than 600 teachers and support staff provide innovative learning opportunities to students in three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. Waconia has received numerous awards for its high level of commitment to experiential learning, environmental stewardship, outdoor education, service learning and strong community engagement.
