Wagglesoft has been building Document Management solutions since 2002 for a select customer base. We have a strong customer focus and since inception have tried to always focus what is best for our customers. Even if this is not in our own interests. This focus has seen us consistently increase our client base. At the beginning of 2007, Wagglesoft decided to start distributing its products worldwide. Additional resources were brought on board and we went to work rebuilding our flagship product, WaggleDMS, from the ground up using modern technologies. This was necessary to change the existing multi-user business system into one which could scale from a single workstation right up to a large enterprise solution. The Administration system was completely redesigned to focus on making it as simple to configure as possible. To ensure reliability, we have had some of our existing clients running on this new version since the first beta was released back in June 2007. Wagglesoft is backed by a prominent Johannesburg company. This strong backing ensures the on-going development of products. In addition to this, Wagglesoft is an independent, self-sufficient business that has consistently increased its revenues, year on year, for the past 4 years.
