Das Walk In Ruhr, Zentrum für Sexuelle Gesundheit und Medizin (kurz WIR), ist eine innovative Kooperation verschiedener Institutionen und bringt Beratung, Information, Prävention, Diagnostik, medizinische Behandlung, Psychotherapie und Selbsthilfe unter einem Dach zusammen.
Seit 2016 sind WIR im Herzen Bochums zu finden, direkt am St. Elisabeth-Hospital, (nur 500m vom Bahnhof). Bei uns vereinigen sich die Interdisziplinäre Immunologische Ambulanz des Katholischen Klinikums Bochum - Zentrum Sexuelle Gesundheit und Medizin, Klinik für Dermatologie, Venerologie und Allergologie, die Aidshilfe Bochum e.V., das Gesundheitsamt Bochum, die pro familia e.V., Madonna e.V. und die Rosa Strippe e.V. alle unter einem Dach.
Das alles ermöglicht kurze und schnelle Wege für unsere Patient*innen und eine umfassende Behandlung und Versorgung für Alle. Auf Wunsch natürlich auch anonym.
