Walker Home Inspection is independently owned and operated, fully insured and centrally located in Trenton, Ontario serving the surrounding areas including Oshawa, Port Hope, Cobourg, Peterborough, Quinte West, Belleville, Napanee and Kingston. Steven Walker is a full-time home inspector with Carson-Dunlop education, trained and certified through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and the NHICC (National Home Inspectors Certification Council). Steven holds an NHI (National Home Inspector) certification and is an active member of CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors) and InterNACHI. As a purchaser, consider whether you can rely on the seller disclosing everything you should know about the home. An impartial assessment of the condition of the home is the best way to be informed before making one of the biggest decisions of your life. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge and understanding of the condition of the home and its major components in order to help you make that decision. Pre-sale/Pre-purchase home inspection: An extensive non-destructive review of all house systems from the condition of the roof, exterior and landscaping, to the major internal systems such as electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, windows, door, walls, structure, foundation, crawl spaces and attics. Annual Maintenance inspection: Similar to the Pre-sale/Pre-purchase inspection with a focus on any previously found concerns. This inspection is charged at a discounted rate and requires a Pre-sale/Pre-purchase inspection completed within the previous 2 years by Walker Home Inspection. All inspections include an Infrared scan, moisture test &/or scope as required for a complete evaluation.
