We acquire and hold select medical properties and alternative net leased assets throughout the United States. Our real estate portfolio consists of physician group tenants who specialize in ophthalmology, dentistry, autism therapy, spine and pain surgery, general surgery, medical imaging, internal medicine, lab diagnostics, addiction therapy, OBGYN, gastroenterology, and others. As of late 2024, we have also expanded into the veterinary hospital side of medical properties.
