Warwickshire Surveys Ltd is a small family run business providing measured Land & Building Surveys, at various scales and levels of detail, for use by Architects, Engineers, Developers, Building Contractors, Landscape Gardeners, and Interior Designers. Land surveys can be provided in 2d and 3d A/cad format We now Employ four people, providing a range of Surveying services, which include:- Land Surveys, Building surveys, (Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Roof Plans, Reflective Ceiling Plans) Underground Utility Surveys, Inland Hydrographic Surveys, Right To Light Surveys, Setting Out Control And Verification, Boundary Disputes,Area Calculations, Monitoring & Deformation, Structural Verticality and surveys for Retail Analysis. We aim to provide an extremely high quality product at a low quality price. All survey work is produced so as to be fully compliant with RICS specifications for Measured Land & Building Surveys, and our Surveys include a lot of detail and data not normally found on the average Survey.
I previously spent 24 years working for On Centre Surveys, Leamington spa as a Senior Land & Building Surveyor. I worked on some of the largest construction projects in the Uk, including Queen Victoria's Osborne House, and Battersea Power Station to name but a few.
We have recently invested almost £50,000 in new 3D LASER SCANNING TECHNOLOGY which will allow us to Scan Floor plans & Elevations, creating a higher degree of accuracy as well as improving our turnaround times. We will also be able to provide a 3d model / scan for our Clients use at no extra cost.
We are not vat registered which can be a big help to our clients and we guarantee on our quotations to beat any other quote by 15%.
