Nor did it start when he launched a boutique real estate company with his now wife, Patrice that would become a multi-million real estate empire by his mid-20s.
His ability to spot missed opportunities and become the solution began when he launched a 5-figure candy business in high school. It carried through to his time at Occidental College where he founded a marketing company promoting national concert tours.
Gerald was the partner/president of Steve Harvey World Group, partner and president of East 112th Street Productions, and president of the Steve Harvey Radio Network, where he led business development, production, and operations, securing partnerships and endorsement deals with household names such as T-Mobile, Ford, State Farm, NBC, ABC, Fox, and BET. Through his leadership, the Steve Harvey World Group tripled in revenue and grew by 65%.
He also serves as a board member/partner of Lion Capital Investments, a real estate investment, and franchise development firm.
