The final report is compiled from using many techniques such as thermal imaging, load profiling, harmonic and power quality surveys, schematic diagrams, pictorial observations and such like. However, the skill and judgement of the inspector conducting the work cannot be underestimated. As impartial independent inspectors, we will assist you were necessary to facilitate the most cost effective and timely repairs by working in unison with your in-house maintenance team or designated remedial contractor. On completion of the works, we will issue you, the client with all of the following information in digital PDF format including the Observation Report, EICR (Certificate) and DB schedules. Our bespoke service also allows us to offer; Thermal surveys, Schematic Diagrams, RCBO/RCD 6 monthly test sheets, Fixed appliance test sheets, Harmonic Surveys, Power Quality and Load Profiling Surveys and routine visual inspection reports.
