The marine ecosystem, it's health and the animals it supports are all at the heart of the Wavewood brand. We believe it is important to give something back to the ocean and hence 10% of all profits are donated directly to Shark, ray and clean-up conservation organisations.
Sharks and Rays have vastly gone 'under the radar' with regards to conservation efforts in recent years with some species under great threat to extinction due to an array of pressures. At Wavewood we believe the time is now to start pushing for more marine protection areas, increased sustainable fishing and an awareness of the importance of a clean and healthy ocean; not just for the environment but our own future sustainability. At the end of the day, the ocean produces 2/3 of the oxygen we breathe...
