Of het nu gaat om woningen, distributiecentra, zorgcomplexen of business units; tijdens het proces houden we rekening met zowel duurzaamheid als de toekomstige meerwaarde. We inventariseren eerst de wensen om vervolgens met de beste oplossingen te komen voor ieder vraagstuk voor vastgoedontwikkeling. Zo zorgen wij dat gebouw en omgeving perfect bij elkaar passen.
Wayland Real Estate is een dochteronderneming van Wayland. Van oorsprong ligt de focus in de agrarische sector. Vanuit daar is de groei ontstaan in de vastgoed- en energiesector. Uit ervaring is de wens ontstaan om beter aan te sluiten bij de marktvraag. Dit leidde in 2016 tot de oprichting van Wayland Real Estate. Een projectontwikkelingsbedrijf dat vooral kijkt naar de optimale mix van functies. Dat geldt zowel voor onze business units en zorgcomplexen als ook voor de bedrijfshallen en woningbouw: in een fijne sfeer met onze partners weten we keer op keer iets moois neer te zetten.
Tijdens het vastgoedontwikkelingsproces houden we altijd één ding in gedachten; “Waar zouden wij ons bedrijf willen vestigen of waar zouden wij graag willen wonen”. Sinds de oprichting ontwikkelen wij vastgoed vanuit die visie. Maar projectontwikkeling is meer dan alleen strategie; het proces waarin een ontwikkeling tot stand komt, is minstens zo belangrijk.
