At We Made It, we are a female-owned, female-led RTO that specialises in delivering a safe space for training domestic violence survivors into Construction, waste management, and tyre-to-energy systems.
Our model is trauma-informed, community-first, and unapologetically grounded in the belief that 🧘🏽♂️ women are better on the tools.
We build better homes.
We take care of trucks.
We keep machines running longer.
We teach each other.
We market by word of mouth—and love.
We do it for our kids, our sisters, our communities.
And that’s why our solutions will last.
Through hands-on training in micro-factories and waste-to-energy innovation, we’re creating meaningful jobs and local ownership models for women across Northern Australia—especially in partnership with First Nations clan groups.
