My unique insight into how the council may view a proposal enables me to offer sound advice. Being able to play devil’s advocate may shed light on a challenging project.
I offer advice on proposals that may impact heritage assets: including conservation areas, curtilage listed buildings, listed buildings and non-designated heritage assets, scheduled monuments, etc. Design and architectural advice on scale, form, massing, materials, etc can also be provided.
I provide these heritage services in and around East Anglia, but have also had projects in Leicestershire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, outer London, Bedfordshire, and more.
