Rick McCulloch is a strategic marketing consultant, advisor, and thought leader. He has an extensive background in acquisition marketing, marketing automation, and advertising. Rick has a passion for developing systems and helping businesses to simplify their processes. In 2010, Rick had been in the oil & gas industry for over 25 years, directing complex drilling operations. He served as a team lead at the beginning of his career, developing reservoir modeling software for a small private consulting firm. Rick's career moved into the marketing and coaching path. He had no destinations, road signs, or a compass. He had one big problem, and it was not clear about how to uncover his prospect’s problems and clearly, state how he could solve them. It was just putting Rick deeper in debt. He realized he needed help, and he hired business coaches. They taught him about marketing and how much he didn't know. The most important lesson he learned is that our customer has one favorite radio station, WIIFM “What’s in it for me” ~Zig Ziglar. Until this breakthrough, Rick was confused, overwhelmed, and short on results. After a long time, with the help of great mentors, he finally understood. Now Rick helps others get results by showing them what he's learned. Rick is currently the Director of Lightbulb Moments and Chief Executive Officer of wiiFM Sales and Marketing. As Director of Lightbulb Moments and Chief Executive Officer, he provides full-service marketing and direct response copywriting services, helping established life coaches, relationship coaches, health coaches, business coaches, lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, engineers, and consultants to find more clients.
