WeRBinti is a community. We exist to link, encourage and support women in healthcare, as employees or entrepreneurs- to rapidly increase the number and successes of women in health.
WeRBinti is a platform that provides a space digitally, physically where women can interact with each other, bond with each other and access the resources they need to elevate themselves to success. We believe in empowering the next generation of women in healthcare through experiential learning.
Our Programs:
We have two signature products. The WeRBinti Leadership and Discovery program which is a 12 week online program that helps you figure out your Ikigai and where you belong and how to hone your leadership skills in whichever role you may be in.
The second program is our 1-1 mentorship program where women in health get direct mentorship with several mentors in their areas of need. This program is for new graduates, interns, freelancers, entrepreneurs and anyone who believes in the power of community for growth.
