Uzbekistan:** A new 2.5 million tons/year cement line commissioned in Andijan.
Mozambique:** A 2.0 million tons/year plant launched in December 2020, serving as a gateway to Southern Africa.
Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC):** Operations with 1.5 million tons/year capacity are seeing strong sales growth.
Ethiopia:** WCC acquired and upgraded the 1.3 million tons/year National Cement plant in 2022. Notably, a new 3.6 million tons/year clinker line in Lemi was commissioned in September 2024, supporting major infrastructure projects.
Other African Engagements:** Through its subsidiary Yaobai International Holding, WCC has actively explored projects in Rwanda, Uganda, Angola, and the Republic of the Congo since late 2019.
