Westcoast Hot Yoga is a specialized studio, with two spa like environments in Yaletown and White Rock, British Columbia, Canada.
Our strategically developed classes are performed in a heated room in order to warm your muscles to allow for a deeper stretch eanbling the natural movement of your ligaments and tendons.
