Since 1948, the Westmoreland County Blind Association’s mission has been to improve the quality of life for the sight impaired and physically challenged individuals as well as to assist in the prevention of blindness.
To fulfill this mission, WCBA provides services and programs to individuals that enhance productivity and independence; and educates the community about eye disease, damage prevention and detection.
WCBA offers a variety of retail products and business services- from embroidery to document destruction to manufacturing. All proceeds from these services are used to fund programs that benefit the individuals we serve.
