West real estate was started in 2020 by Remi Aleksander Johnsen, Michael Nguyen and Jozsef Merasz, who has a broad background in real estate through, STI solutions, Place overseas and others. We represent buyers and seller with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial assets in Europe and the USA. Our capital markets team assist clients with arranging and structuring long term single tenant leases and equity requests for commercial real estate acquisitions, joint venture partnerships, development projects, recapitalizations, Build-to-suit and sale leaseback transactions. We’re offering international commercial real estate investors early access to opportunities by working closely with owners of real estate in local and international markets assisting them with structuring the perfect deal, before approaching our network of investors. Following the completion of a number of projects in Norway, we have found an attractive model that works well across hand picked markets in Europe and the USA. West Real estate seeks investments with lower risk than other companies we can compare ourselves with. By adapting each deal in collaboration with the individual relationship / partner, we experience finding the right opportunities for our clients.
