Western Suburbs Magpies Rugby League Football Club Ltd (commonly known as the Wests Magpies) is one of the NSW Rugby League's foundation clubs.
Western Suburbs was born at a meeting at the old Ashfield Town Hall following a dispute between leading Sydney rugby union clubs and the governing body in 1907.
Today the Magpies participate in the NSWRL and provide a Pathway to Success for footballers of all ages from the Liverpool, Macarthur and Southern Highlands to play representative football with the Wests Tigers.
