Our professional management with a 'can do' attitude, ensures the success of every event, from enquiry stage right through to the event day itself and beyond.
Our private suites within the Millennium Grandstand can accommodate parties of between 13-160 for raceday hospitality. We can also provide a bespoke Parade Ring Marquee for parties of 120 - 400+. Smaller parties can be looked after in our Dine & View or White Rose Restaurants.
When not in use for racing, our grandstands and flexible function suites can be utilized for a variety of events. The Bramham Hall is our largest single meeting room and can accommodate 500 delegates theatre-style or 320 delegates with cabaret-style seating. With over 19 different reception and meeting areas, we can also accommodate smaller events and syndicate suites.
Our newest Grandstand, Millennium West offers two beautiful spaces, both with balcony viewing, to host receptions and banqueting events, whilst outside we have acres of farm and parkland, and free car parking for all.
Our caterers, CGC Events Ltd, were first established in Yorkshire over 120 years ago and have been connected with Wetherby Racecourse for almost 30 years. These decades of experience have built a reputation for great food, attentive service and craftsmanship. They provide creative menu content, using the best of seasonal produce, presented with care, skill and creativity so that it is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.
