2020 has been a rocky year for many as the pandemic crisis swept the world, affecting many industries that results in hundreds of thousands of people losing their job. This has led to many people picking up their resume again and start flocking into various job boards in search for a new job. For a long time, and much to our surprise, we have noticed that many job seekers out there struggled when it comes to writing their own resume. Among others, the key problem is they don’t know what and/or how to write their resume. Resume is a tool where you let your future employers know that you are the right fit to their organisation, that you, are the one. It is a delicate art and we have the skills. WeWrite is founded by a team of young professionals who are passionate in talent development. We have a total of 14 years of experience in service industries and corporate world, such as airlines, banking, real estate, hospitality, medical, healthcare, and F&B. Our roles in the management, especially recruitments and handling of daily operations have allowed us to see the problem in the talent pool of our beloved country. We believe our experience can help to make a change. Therefore, we have decided to set out on a mission to help people to land their next job by helping them to craft a professional job-winning resume. We are in this together.
