- Very high cost to serve, due to Fragmented demand & high last mile costs
- Diverse preferences, both in language and choice of categories and brands
- Reliance on a distributor/reseller driven models, driven by challenges in reach/ economic viability
Wheelocity's platform addresses semi-urban India by building:
- High frequency direct access rails, starting with essential goods (fresh and grocery), and building discretionary categories on top
- A hybrid "phygital" model that enables ease of buying for consumers who are embracing organized commerce for the first time
- Economic viability with the lowest cost to serve for millions of consumers, leveraging its proprietary technology and supply chain network
