Hey, I'm Sam, aka the person behind WGAF. What's up?! I help women develop a healthy lifestyle around their busy days through online resistance training and flexible dieting programs. Let me give you a little more info about me though. They say you are a product of your environment, right? From a very young age, I participated in classes held by my mother's gym and had my first personal trainer at the age of 12. Shortly after that time I decided I hated anything involving physically exerting myself, apart from headbanging and mosh pits, and would negotiate my way out of gym class. I just wanted to be an emo kid and be one with the music.
Fast forward to 2013, when I graduated college, rekindled my relationship with the gym, and began teaching myself different methods of exercise. After 7 years back in the fitness game, all spent expanding my knowledge, mentoring friends and family, and changing my own body in various ways, I finally decided to become officially certified and take this passion on as a career. I am so excited to share my knowledge with you and change your life. I am here to be your support system, but I don't put up with excuses.
