Wholegrain Milling Co. began in 1978 with Wendy and Harry Neale grinding organic flour on their family kitchen table in Gunnedah, NSW, using a small bench-mounted stone mill. Over four decades, we have become Australia’s leading supplier of high-quality, sustainable and organic flour. Today, we operate a state-of-the-art mill featuring seven custom-built stone mills and a specially designed roller mill. As our business grows, we believe in nurturing the land for the future. Sustainability and consistent quality are at the core of everything we do, from sourcing our grains to our minimally processed milling techniques. We are committed to strengthening sustainability across our operations and with our customers. Our flours are made from Certified Sustainable and Organic grains, sourced from farmers who prioritize soil and ecosystem health.
