Wikimedia Armenia is a scientific-educational NGO that aims to promote the creation and expansion of free knowledge and content with the help of Wikimedia projects.
Wikimedia Armenia organizes Wikicamps, edit-a-thons, workshops, thematic events, and photo walks and establishes Wikiclubs in regions of Armenia. It also collaborates with local and international organizations, educational institutions, galleries, libraries, archives and museums, and environmental organizations to promote the Wikimedia movement and to fill the thematic content gap on Armenian Wikipedia and Wikispace.
