Our story started after dining in seafood restaurants around the world. From our experience, we were sure of one thing: the standard of fish could, and should, be higher. So we made it our mission to share the Nordic quality we know and love with the rest of the world – and, as we’re Icelandic, it of course had to be in the most responsible way possible. So we collaborated with local chefs and focused on innovation and sustainability – while preserving every inch of taste and quality. Because when it comes to our fish, we want you to love more than just the taste.
