We are a Colorado-based wellness company offering a variety of unique wellness events. Currently, we offer summer brewery yoga classes at Rails End Beer Company in Broomfield. We also offer seasonal women's circles, sound healing events, mindful workshops, outdoor adventures, and retreats more!
COACHING
Coaching is a collaborative relationship where the client drives and we support. Our goal is to partner with our clients to assist in navigating the overwhelm and exhaustion of trying to be all things to all people. We have developed a proprietary system to help our clients to uncover and align with their deeply held values and purpose, and guide our clients how to bring more meaning into every moment. We work one-on-one with clients to help them live a more purposeful, balanced life.
CORPORATE & GROUP SERVICES
We offer private and group wellness services led by experts certified in yoga, coaching, nutrition, and more. We also offer unique experiences with a wellness vibe perfect for team building, including in-office activities, off-site adventures, and customized half-day and day retreats.
Our services include teaching yoga, breathwork, meditation (guided and instruction), nutrition coaching, DISC assessments, and more! Let us create a custom experience for you!
