Wildberry has been set up to exploit a breakthrough technology which controls automatically a building’s heating and cooling such that it will consistently save 15-20% of energy in all installations. The system is not another BMS or BEMS ( building energy management system) but a generation beyond that – an automated system. The system is designed for very fast installation and very low hardware cost. This will allow very fast market penetration. The benefits of the technology are clear. It will be installed free of charge for all managers/owners of large centrally controlled buildings – offices, schools, malls, and even some residential blocks where the annual energy bill is at least ₤30,000 per annum. The owners will share in the energy savings without any financial risk. The system is being designed to save the maximize amount of building energy using mostly software based controls without compromising the comfort of the occupants. In this way, the ambition is to save more energy than any other control system previously designed. The ABT will be designed for different combinations of HVAC - boiler-chiller, as well as boiler or chiller only. The technology sits on top of the BMS and controls the water temperature exiting from the boiler or chiller bank.
