Williamson Foodservice is the Highland's Premier Foodservice Company. Our speciality is fresh produce and are one of Scotland's largest wholesalers in this category. Most of our produce is sourced directly from the farm where we enjoy that special relationship which ensures that everyone in the chain knows what's important - the customer! Whether it is coming from just up the road or from one of our more distant growers we make freshness, quality and usability the key factors in our procurement; and because we deal direct we make sure that value is delivered too!
As well as fresh produce we have one of the largest selection of Scottish & continental cheeses to be found in the north. Again our direct links with the producer ensure freshness and awareness of when products are at their seasonal best.
A competent range of chilled, delicatessen and dry goods from big name suppliers to local specialist and seasonal producers is also carried which will support most needs ensuring your menu has a strong point of difference. Our range of soft drinks, beers and wines similarly allow you to make margin as well as provide you with goods that will suit your customers taste.
We are aware of the pressure of storage space in today's retail and catering premises so hold in stock sufficient quantities to meet the short lead times demanded by these industries. We deliver via a modern chilled delivery fleet often within hours of placing your order - at times we count in minutes!!
