Peter contributes deep insight from a 35-year career in healthcare, leadership training, and advanced coaching practice, currently underpinned by PhD research in Coaching Psychology and organisational culture.
Together, they offer a dynamic, values-led approach that is as strategic as it is human. Every engagement is tailored - from executive search to one-to-one coaching and team development - with a focus on solving challenges, nurturing leadership, and creating cultures where people and performance thrive together.
