Willsey & Company is a privately held company that owns both majority and minority equity positions in numerous businesses in the food, beverage, fitness, pet, agricultural and personal care industries. Our portfolio includes Joolies, Desert Valley Date, KinderFarms, Country Archer, MW Fitness Holdings, Enroot, Yellowbird, Ellenos, Kidfresh, Only Skin and Bread Head Restaurant Group, among others. We provide initial capital for new Venice Brands portfolio companies, receiving a sizable or 100% share of the founder equity. We also make very select growth capital investments as well as majority acquisitions of cash flow positive businesses. Our goal is to build our portfolio companies into sizable, cash-flow generating businesses with strong customer loyalty and then have the option to strategically exit or to hold them forever.
