Winery Metlika

Winery Metlika is located in southeast of Slovenia in the region White Carniola, where we have 27 hectars of wineyards. We have a unique 108m long tunnel type wine cellar which has been built in 1958. It has a consistant tempereture between 12°C - 13°C. Our average yearly production of wine is more than 500.000 liters. We are convinced that the quality is born in the vineyard, so all grapes are hand-picked and processed in excellent condition to ensure a quality processing and wine production. We monitor the maturation and above all, we give it enough time to settle, clear and mature.
