Wings4Wildlife was created to help stop the ruthless poaching of animals for their horns, tusks, fur, and body parts. Elephants, rhinos, lions, and many other animals are in danger of quickly becoming extinct if nothing is done to prevent the slaughter of these animals.
At Wings4Wildlife we are raising money to help support the Kenya Wildlife Service and their Air Wing - the one group that has managed to dramatically reduce the poaching and is on the verge of stopping it completely. Unfortunately, the airplanes and gear that the KWS Air Wing uses to fight the poaching are in constant need of long, expensive repairs. Currently, only 4 of 12 airplanes that are used to patrol parks the size of New Jersey and Pennsylvania are either broken or need parts and KWS lacks the resources to purchase the planes, parts, and equipment necessary to continue the fight.
