Since 1954, WPM has been the leader in the Swimming Pool Management industry. Our Executive Management Team has well over 100 years of combined experience in the field. WPM is a member of the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP), the Northern Virginia Apartment Association (NVAA), the Property Managers’ Association (PMA) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Our membership and regular participation in these educational and trade associations allows to showcase our professional expertise.
Given the high-liability nature of pool management, safety is our greatest concern. Carrying comprehensive insurance coverage for every swimming pool we manage separates us from many local competitors.
