The high-end dog boutique is the creation of Renee Bell, a former Music Row executive. The name was inspired by Bell’s Maltese rescue named Winston. Winston Dog carries dog clothes, beds, carriers, collars, leads and organic natural treats. They also have the first Nashville “Fluff Out Bar.”
