Wintech also offers highly reliable and cost effective alternatives to conventional bearings to replace phosphor bronze, gunmetal, copper, and brass. These bearings called LUBRIPOL™, are offered as bushes, washers, and other custom parts and provide extreme wear resistance, low friction, and are structurally strong to offer the strength required for demanding applications.
The ingredients which enable LUBRIPOL™ to function effectively are:
• A range of base polymers selected per application need based on chemical resistance, thermal requirements, wear resistance etc.,
• Reinforcements - based on the duty cycle and structural strength needed, and
• An active lubricant which works by lowering the friction of the material for offering an almost friction less bearing.
